Ahh Halloween, another chance to get dressed up in a stupid costume and get drunk.  Jeremy calls this Tuesday.  This year I was Batman as you can see by the pictures to the right.  The only problem was the costume was designed for a 7 year old so with some electrical tape we made it work.  The party was pretty fun, got to play asshole for the first time in a long time and yes I did represent the east coast being president more than 1/2 the time.  I was a benevolent dictator and everyone drank merrily.

In other news, I managed to finally get a real job, no more whoring out for contract work.  I now work for Thornburg companies, it is basically two companies and I’m the senior trainer, which means I train things, write stuff, and tell jokes.  I’m pretty excited about the opportunity and the people I work with are really nice, so I got that goin for me.  Other than those two events, life has been pretty slow, got sick this week so all I did was lay on the couch and watch TV, good times.  Feeling better today finally so I get to go out for a bit with some friends but nothing crazy.  I want to go out to celebrate my new job but since I’m poor again maybe waffle house?  Yes we have a Waffle house (and a brand new Denny’s down the street).  I’m movin’ on up.

One more thing, the Pat Ryan reunion concert will be held not on Christmas this year, but over Thanksgiving since I’ll be in town for a Wedding but only for a couple days.  I can’t believe how cold I will be.  I will be in town only from Wednesday through monday but 2 of those days will be down in Philly for the wedding.  Great merriment will be had by all.  Hope this finds you all well, talk to you soon.
